Unreliable
Bought this charger 2 years ago from the same seller. The head was loose but worked fine until the adapter started to split open and stopped working a few days ago. I bought another replacement and unfortunately it won't charge laptop. Apparently it's the same model but the head looks different. I would look elsewhere. Reliability is a toss up.

Loose fit, sparking
Similar to other reviews, the charger does not fit snugly in the laptop, a Samsung 9 pro, and it sparks excessively every time I plug it in.

Was Fine Until it Wasn't
When I first got this charger, it seemed like the cable was a little loose in the port. I figured that it wasn't a big issue as I was still able to use it and it charged my Samsung Notebook 9 well. Admittedly, I am a year in and I now have to adjust the cable a certain way for it to charge. As I'm looking at the reviews, I may have been able to see this coming. I don't want to mess up my laptop, so I will purchase a different charger this time and see what happens.

Doesn't stay in port
The adapter will charge my laptop however; if you move the laptop the cord will come out...its not a perfect fit.
