## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it smell?**
A: Yes it has a very strong odor which refuses to go away after 2 months.  I wiped it down with 50% vinegar solution per some online guides, that helped considerably.  However every time I sit on it and the padding is compressed enough to let out air,, it still smell like a toxic spill at a chemical plant.  This is very unfortunate as it's an otherwise nice chair.

A: WOW!! Someone ELSE didn't a manual???? WHY IS THAT????

**Q: What’s the height of the armrest to the floor at the lowest position? I want to know if I have clearance to put under my desk.**
A: 26 3/4"

**Q: What is this chairs weight rating?? I see people saying 240 I want the 400**
A: It is 400, or at least they slapped a sticker over the weight on the manual that says 400.  My husband is 380 and it works great for him.
