I understand this is shelf stable. what's the typical expiration date for core power? will it last a year at least? thanks.

I had to return ONE case that spoiled before the expiration date. Perhaps it was exposed to heat on a dock during transport? Other than that you should be able to store in a dry cool environment for up to the expiration date. I refrigerate my Core prior to use.

Each 14oz container has 1gram of fiber. 36grams protein total sugar 6grams total carbs 7grams total fat 4.5grams no trans fat and 170 calories

There are products that tell you both these facts. I only note the expiration date for these type of products. Date made I always look at for fresh products like bake goods or cut up fruit.
