I've used clay that has cracked or broken while baking, but these don't do that. They don't fade, crack, or change at all. Cons: - Since this is a variety pack, there's a small amount of each color. I would like it to have more white and black which are the most used colors, but you can just buy those separately. Would I recommend it? Definitely! This crafting skills is essential for quarantine and for relaxing. I 100% recommend it for anyone and everyone who wants to pick up an artistic hobby.

I was asked to review these clays but at the time polymer clay was new to me and I wasn't familiar with this brand compared to others. But now I've been using polymer clay for about 2 years or so and have tried a few different ones, and as far as which is my favourite, I'd choose Sculpey III. Its not too soft and not too hard. The texture is perfect and great for kids to use too. Primo is harder and more tough to condition but works great for details and wont feel like its melting in your hand like fimo soft can feel like. SculpyIII had lots of vivid, bright and beautiful colors. Some with shimmer in them and some are flat or matte colors, and in this multi-colors pack you get flat and shimmer blocks of clay. Some of there textures can be slighty softer or harded in the pack depending on the shimmer or not. Over all, I love this brand and the pack of multi-colors. I've bought them again, again, and WILL buy them again and again!

I purchased this set so I could get a nice sampler of some of sculpey's colors and finishes. This set includes 30 samples in the following colors: 042 - Black 323 - Emerald 515 - Violet 072 - Yellow 538 - Teal Pearl 360 - Camouflage 583 - Red Hot Red 1634 - Just Orange 1209 - Ballerina 1103 - Lt Blue Pearl 010 - Translucent 033 - Sweet Potato 063 - Blue 1140 - Deep Red Pearl 1101 - Pearl 1216 - Spring Lilac 1109 - Suede Brown 1629 - Granny Smith 1086 - Gold 1150 - Lemonade 355 - Gentle Plum 503 - Hot Pink 053 - Chocolate 093 - Beige 505 - Turquoise 322 - Leaf Green 1144 - Sky Blue 1130 - Silver 083 - Red 001 - White I really love the metallic and pearl finishes. You can very easily mix several colors together to get a different color or shade and it blends very nicely. The clay bakes really well and needs just 15 minutes per quarter inch of clay at 275 degrees. I do find that the Sculpey III shows the fingerprints really easily. I do prefer sculpey's Premo for the types of crafts I do, but the Sculpey III is great for beginning crafts.

This non-drying claim is amazing! I love that it will stay malleable as long as you don't bake it. It's made of the same stuff that pvc pipe is made of so it is somewhat safe near electrical. I use it a lot near led lights on a model train and slot car layout. I keep some near my work office desk to sculpt in down time or on breaks. It comes off of fingers fairly easily with rubbing alcohol. The various colors make it fun to work with for various craft projects. I have some of this stuff from when I was in college (graduated in 1999) that is still malleable today!

This sample kit is just the thing if you are just beginning, or wanting to try your hand at using polymer clay before investing in larger, more expensive sizes of clay. It is easy to work with, and perfect if you only need a "little" bit of a specific color. It's a nice variety of colors and will be enough to make a good number of projects if you are not needing large quantities of a specific color. It's also a good buy if you are planning on mixing colors, or needing a number of different colors for a particular project. It has a matte finish when baked, not "shiny" but you can gloss them later if needed. My only "issue" is that the color name and/or number is not labeled on the individual blocks, so if you are trying to add them to your other inventory, especially if you have other brands of clay, you will have to either label them yourself or keep them separate.

I worked with a dear friend and brilliant scientist named “Polymer” Clay in the lab. I bought this to honor his memory. It did not disappoint.

Very Easy to use! I bought this to ad more color to some of my projects. It's more firm at first but easy to warm up with your hands or a acrylic rolling pin. I've made many different things with it so far. Also, I didn't realize it but there is a glow in the dark piece too....which looks really cool! The red bowl glows!!!! So much fun and definitely will be buying again! So far I have loved all the sculpy products I have bought. Happy Crafting 💜🌈
