Case is made of brushed metal, there is silicone inside so your original airpods are fitting nicely and are well protected. It look great, very attractive design. Nice build and good quality. It also came with a hard case for the cover, but I never really use it as I like to have my airpods handy and not fiddle with little zippers while I need to grab them quickly. The only downside of not using zipped hard case for airpods cover is the fact metal case get scratched easily and after a while it doesn't look that attractive. I quite often have my airpods in handbag where i have keys and other bits and pieces and its now scratched all over. Maybe next time I go for silver or white colour so it wont be that visible. Other than that it is a great cover.

I bought these for my daughter as she had mentioned the case was getting scratched on her AirPods. They do seem very sturdy with the metal casing and they’re a snug fit once the AirPod case is fitted inside. I can’t really comment on durability as she’s only had them a couple of days, but being as they’re metal I would imagine they’ll last a while and protect the airpod pod case. The value for money would depend on the longevity of the product, but they’re as described, metal with silicon lining and feel much better once the AirPods casing is fitted. I may look at getting a small carabiner so that she can clip them inside a bag or through a button hole in a jacket. I’ll try and update the review once she’s used them got a while.

Adds protection to your AirPod case, which slips easily into the case and is held securely. I didn’t want a silicon case as they seem to bag after a bit. Hopefully the metal outer will add longevity to the case. The metal outer feels good to the touch and a quality item Picked up a couple of scratches on the case so a lighter colour could be a better option. Not an essential accessory but the AirPods feel naked when out of the case now.

I bought the black one, a solid and decent quality metal case, the outer hard case is able to withstand scratches and compression by any other heavy objects, apart from that it also has a layer of soft silicone lining in the interior to help absorb impacts in case you drop it on the floor or someplace else, furthermore, it comes with a bunch of helpful accessories like a hard case and silicone covers for the airpods itself, oh and there is also a little charging hole at the bottom so you don't have to take the whole capsule out to charge, very thoughtful ! Overall pleased with the purchase and satisfied with the product!

I made the attached short video to sum up how happy I am with this case over 18 months down the line. It is absolutely brilliant and does the job perfectly. I can charge it whilst in the case and it looks good too. Mine has acquired some very faint scratches on one side, however, this was my fault due to leaving it in a handbag for several weeks right next to a metal business card holder. As I say in the video, the lid very occasionally lifts away from the inner case but I just press it back and it's fine. I'm really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone.

Overall this is a great product. Having used the product for almost i month I can say that I am genuinely happy with the product. The finish is amazing and really smartens up the AirPods (also matches my space grey Apple Watch 3). The only problem is entailing to the silicone insert which is not glued to the metal case which causes the case to fall off when the AirPods are opened, which is very unfortunate. Overall I am happy with my purchase but the problem with the case falling off is a great downfall.

This is a great product. Excellent value for money. It covers my airpods really nicely and really does feel much more of a premium product in my opinion that the price my indicate. This may scratch over time. Mine hasn’t in a few months of usage. Gives me great piece of mind having the earphones in a harder case. The lightening port is not obscured and my cable fits in there just fine. Mine is a lovely blue colour. Looks really smart.

This case is just what I needed, firstly to differentiate my airpods from my wife's, and secondly to protect the white charging case that comes with it. The case itself is sturdy with a soft protective coating on the inside so that the apple case doesn't get scratched. It has a button to activate the push button on the apple case, and the apple case can be removed easily should the need arise. Furthermore, there's a further protective case that it comes with, though that's a bit more cumbersome - I find the metal case slips into my pocket easily enough.
