Hi Senthil, No, we do not recommend the usage of Reverse Flushed water because it is performed to clean your cartridge. And during Reverse Flushing, dirt and impurities come out of your cartridge. Dear Shivangi, Thank you for contacting WaterScience. Cartridge comes with a timestrip ,you need to put it on your CLEO Shower Filter /CLEO Multiflow Shower Filter. You need to activate the timestrip by pressing button present on the timestrip. Timestrip indicates time to replace your cartridge. Regards Team WaterScience

Q: How often should i clean it n how should i clean it

The cartridge can be easily cleaned using 'reverse-flushing' - installing the cartridge upside down and turning on shower or tap at full speed for 5 minutes. All the impurities inside get flushed out. Detailed instructions will given in the user manual.
