What’s the difference between the pro and the ultra?

My understanding is that the “ Pro” Ultra is just a smaller ( in terms of packaging/more convenient for make up artists ) version of the Pro Ultra in the larger bottle. I hope that this helps.

I bought this and it did not come with a pump. The photo depicts a pump. Is it supposed to have one?
