Don't use it often but when you need it, it's awesome
Probably the best quality flexible bit holder I've ever used. Plenty of flex, yet very sturdy. Does not feel like most cheap flexible drivers. Only drawback for me is the hex bit holder is a bit fat but very secure.

Bends to about 90*
My driver bends to about 90 degrees. It is made with high quality materials and will come in handy when faced with tasks that require access to tight screw placement. I don’t know how to submit a photo so I can’t prove my statement but believe me ….it does bend to 90 degrees and without feeling like it’s going to break. Buy it. It’s the highest quality product of this design you will find.

Flexi boi
Not quite as flexi as the crap-on that inspired me to look for a flexible but also like 1/4 of the price and still more than sufficient. Also is a locking collar so can be used more than just a 1/4" 3/8" drive could be

Finally, a Tool That Understands My Emotional Flexibility
I bought the Wera flexible shaft screwdriver thinking, “Hey, I just need to reach that one awkward screw behind the water heater.” Fast forward 2 hours — I’ve now dismantled half my house just to find more things to unscrew inconveniently. This thing doesn’t just bend — it performs yoga. It limbo’d under a pipe, twisted behind a cabinet, and reached a screw even my will to live had given up on. At one point I’m pretty sure it whispered, “I got you, bro,” while flexing around a corner like it was auditioning for Cirque du Soleil. I used to be emotionally rigid. Not anymore. This screwdriver changed me. Now I communicate better, forgive quicker, and my therapist says I’m finally “making progress.” Buy it. Not just for screws. For your soul.

Don’t believe some of the negative reviews
This item has received some bad reviews. They deal with flexibility and with getting a bit into the tip. No, it won’t bend to 90°. And like many other products produced in Germany, it is a precision tool. For all the reviewers who complain about not being large enough to accept a standard bit, DUH, you have to slide the sleeve at the end of the blade away from the handle to insert and remove a bit. If one examines the socket, it is obvious that there is a tiny ball bearing that applies pressure to the bit when the sleeve is released and retracts back toward the handle. I purchased this item for a single, potentially repeatable task for a screw I struggled to install on a cover that has 7 screws holding it in place and access to 1 of them was restricted by nearby structures. My only complaint was that this high quality tool was a bit pricey, but I am sure that I will come in handy for other jobs.
