Have tried various pre workouts but unfortunately very few have the right dose of ingredients required for an effective boost. This time I thought i’ll take separate ingredients and this was one of them. I had taken Unived Caffeine tablets at first. Although the energy it provided was tremendous but i felt that it didn’t quite help on the oxygen supply to muscles. Later that day I ordered Asitis Citrulline to couple it with my caffeine. Most of the other brands only sell Citrulline Maltate form. However research has shown only L-Citrulline to be effective. I took 4 gms of Asitis Citrulline 30 mins before workout and Unived Caffeine tablet 10 mins before workout and hell yeah!!! The workout was awesome. Pure clean energy with adequate pump and good oxygen supply to muscles. In my opinion instead of taking fancy pre workouts which are underdosed, one can take the following separate ingredients which are also cost effective. i.e 30+ servings will cost max Rs.600 For Pump and Energy boost: L-Citrulline - 3 to 6 gms Caffeine - 200 mg Can add following if required for workouts lasting more than 90 mins: Beta Alanine - 3 gms Creatine - 5gm People who have given negative reviews seem to have not quite understood how L-Citrulline works. You should try the above combination and u won’t be disappointed.

Just bought this product and to my surprised me it does not tasted sour as I've tried this brand before ,right now I'm worried did I received the genuine product or not.

Reviews (of this brand as well as of others) of L-Citrulline powder say the smell is awful. Based on that feedback, I opted for expensive capsule brands. Then supplies ran out, and a new order was not going to be delivered under a week. So decided to give the powder a try. Two impressions. One, smell is bad, but it is not that bad. I can stand it, your mileage may vary. Two, it works! I can actually see green veins dilated.

Worse l-citrilline product, it’s not unflavoured, it flavours like sour , feels like I am drinking rotten rat juice . Very disappointing.

This is good. Works as intended. I have seen a review stating it's just like talcum powder and not good as any other citrulline malate. But this is not citrulline malate on the first place. This is just L Citruline without any addition. Malate a.k.a malic acid is a food additive which gives a tangy taste (as in some fruits such as oranges) to anything it is added on. That'd probably be the reason the said reviewer felt it is like talcum powder because he never felt any taste. L citrulline powder is tasteless if no taste enhancers added. . As a matter of fact, the claims of supplements, any supplement, are not evaluated by any government food and drug agency. Only thing monitored by the relevant government agenciesis is the production facility requirements. So we have no way other than relying on 3rd party test certificates or do a lab test our own to find out exactly about it . So far the product does good. No problems or side effects after a few months of usage. I think this can be recommended.. One suggestion is it would be much better if it's packed in a plastic bottle instead of the current tetrapack. The rest is good.
