I used something similar with my physical therapist which was also on Amazon. This one is the right length for my use at home. It is a little stiffer than a web belt, but very sturdy and yet easy to use. I'm sure it will last for years and years. I'm in my mid 70's with arthritic knees and using this has helped immensely and will continue to do so.

Although it comes with a brief guidebook a link to an online video with actors demonstrating the stretches would be a great addition.
