Read the ingredients
If you have a gluten intolerance or sensitivity, I would recommend skipping this item, delicious though it is. While I like the Kind brand of protein bars, my stomach always hurt when I ate them - it always hurts so I didn’t connect the dots until I had two of these in one day. It IS clearly written on the box that it contains quinoa but I never noticed. I can eat a loaf of bread before I can have quinoa. If this is not a problem for you then nom-nom, they are quite tasty.

Received open and tape shut!!!
Received this product opened and then taped shut!!! There is tape all around the box. Not even a good tape job actually. Anyway, this is a food product and it was opened and tampered with then tape shut. Unacceptable product quality and delivery practices.
