Does it come with remote control?

This model (HR150) does not come with a remote control. The HR NEXT is the model supplied with the remote.

Can you change the external vent? (We need to use a brown one and this comes with white)

Yes we used a brown pipe as the white which came with it was not long enough

What's the difference between this product and the elta mori hr100 one?

The HR100 is a 4" single room heat recovery unit and the HR150 is a 6" version. The 6" is for larger areas.

Hi Is it suitable for cellars below the geound level?

I have one installed in my cellar, however it is converted into bedroom/bathroom etc. It needs to be vented to the outside.
