I am highly impressed not only by the quality of this item, but also by how well it was packed and shipped. I ordered five mugs and placed a group logo on them for the group's members. I took one out of the packaging so I could check it out before handing it out. Now I need to order more because this will go over really well and be much appreciated to hand to people who help support our organization.
