Thermometer Note: Use screwdriver to tighten the screw properly near the battery box to avoid probe popping out. Tips: Toggle Units: Shift the switch under the battery cover to set the default to "Fahrenheit" or "Celsius". How to use: Just open the probe and insert the temperature a couple of centimeter into the food you want to know the temperature of. Magnet isn’t very strong. Slides down when placed on metal surfaces. Otherwise decent thermometer for the price

Very accurate!
It instantly gives you an accurate temperature. I have used it inside my oven. No grilling yet. I like the long probe so you don’t have to get so close. The only thing I have noticed is the steam from your food fogs up the inside of the temperature screen. Other than that it’s been perfect and well worth the money!
