Such a fun puzzle! After putting it together I discovered 3 pieces were missing

Thumbs way up on this puzzle. I was a bit worried when I saw all the dark pieces upon opening it. But my worries were entirely misplaced. The artist did a great job of using different shades of colors in different puzzle regions. So you could easily tell where the dark brown went versus the dark blue. And each region of color is small, so you don’t need to sort pieces or hunt and peck. Same thing goes for the newspaper. The newspaper takes up a massive area of the puzzle. And done poorly, a huge white newspaper would have been a beast. But the newspaper isn’t just white, in fact, it has very few white pieces at all. It’s made up of regions of many different colors and went together very quickly. The nicely designed image made for a very fun puzzle!

Very adorable puzzle! My kids and I went on a puzzle spree the winter months and especially during the long Christmas break from school. We had done so many and were cruising through them so fast. My girls are 7yrs and 14yrs old, it's often hard to find anything everyone agrees on. This puzzle was a little tougher for all of us, especially my younger girl, she was still able to find a few pieces and enjoy helping put it together. The pieces snap into place very well and the puzzle came together beautifully! I would surely purchase other puzzles by Buffalo again and have many others in our game closet that we have done. The thickness of the pieces is just right and the puzzles are made very well. If you're looking for something that is a little more challenging but not a massive amount of pieces then this would be perfect for you 😉

"As others have said in their reviews, pieces in my puzzle are missing." With this sentence this is how I started my first review. However, I must be honest and do some editing because even though I pride myself on being very careful to keep pieces of any puzzle in one place I found 4 border pieces that had slipped into a box where I keep extra plastic bags that help me sort out border pieces from the rest of the puzzle. I have not yet tried to put the border together but think it is only fair to update my original review that gave this puzzles only one star based on missing border pieces. I had quite a bit of the puzzle together but missing the border pieces threw the puzzle off so much that I gave up and took it apart. The next day (of course) I found what I had searched for in vain quite by accident. I have enjoyed all of my Buffalo Games puzzles and had never had an issue with pieces missing and no damage to the puzzles of any kind. So I'm hoping that this will have solved the problem. I really was sad to give this particular puzzle a bad rating because I love the design - very clever and fun and I appreciate the artistry of the of the design on several levels. I am glad that I said in my first review that I had not given up on Buffalo Games puzzles due to past successes in case anyone had read what I had written. The company makes good, quality puzzles, it's just very frustrating when even one piece is missing and I've had this experience with other companies when buying brand new puzzles.

Really cute puzzle! Had some funky shapes in there that I was not expecting. Great value for the cost. Took about 6 hours to complete on a rainy day. Colors are muted and a little muddy which adds to the character of the design. Pieces all fit together well.

Loved doing this puzzle! The colors are so vibrant and the image is crisp and clear. This puzzle was larger than I had expected. All pieces were included and none missing. We loved doing this puzzle. It was a rather simple build but thought it was so cute that I glued it and gave it away as a gift. Would recommend for others.
