These are so called "helper" clubs. They are heavier. With more mass at the club end they transmit more energy at lower swing speeds. They are like hybrid clubs. The theory is that they help the novice golfer. However, for ladies, the clubs are a bit heavy. Also, the bag is not a carry bag but a cart bag. If you want to carry the bag, this bag is not for you. On the other hand, the bag is a really well made cart bag, with separate slots for each club. Again, Adams spells quality. So, if this is the type of hybrid club is the type you prefer, and you are an average sized lady, these clubs would work great. My wife did not like the heaviness of the clubs. She wanted to carry her bag more, and use the cart less. So these clubs did not work out for her. I would rate these clubs at 5 star except for the fact that they do not work for everyone.
