I like that. As a bonus, the improved product seems more soluble and for sure tastes a lot better than the product using the old conversion process.My other reason for five stars is that I found the Hard Rhino service department extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Out of curiosity, I called regarding the change in taste since my last purchase and was totally impressed with one of the service agents, Pete. He went through the new process and asked for my lot number so he can check with their testing lab. Promised to call back with results. I feel bad as I was just curious and found these folks take their operation very seriously. Bottom line - I TRUST Hard Rhino and see they run their business very well.As to the product itself, I am hooked on my daily dose as I have noticed and commented to family members the fact that my cognitive functionality is so much better than before. I am 66 years old and an IT professional, I can't afford to have memory lapses as I did so frequently before.
