It comes in a hard case with a retail card sleeve. The case isn't fitted tool specific but has egg box style foam both sides to retain the tool and any chargers and batteries you want to use. It doesnt rattle about. The main unit is much smaller than you might imagine which is what I wanted. I have a selection of batteries that fit and went for the 5Ah one to test. Its powerful and breaks bricks in no time. The drill also minces through mortar and bricks. There are drill options to drill, hammer, chisel fixed and chisel rotating. Other than a small adaptor this unit doesnt come with anything. No bits or chisels which is a bit mean considering the price and how much a bit set costs. Finally, to clarify. this is a BARE tool and has NO BATTERIES and NO CHARGER included. There are a wide range available online.
