Depending if you have the newest TLR 1 HL model, you just need to remove the spacer provided. **Q: Will this holster fit a TLR-4?** A: No **Q: Does it work with the a glock 22 with tlr 3 ?** A: If the TLR-3 light has a different shape and they are different sizes. It might "work" but there will be at least two problems using this holster for a TLR-3. The first is the size difference between the lights. The TLR-1/2 are longer. So the gun will slide further down into the holster than intended but not necessarily a huge problem. The second is the mechanism that holds the light in the holster is specifically shaped for the TLR-1/2, where it comes up at an angle, whereas the TLR-3 is flat. Like I said it might work, but I would guess that there is going to be a lot of extra movement in the holster and the retention device would wear out much more quickly just because the shapes of the lights are different where the retention is being placed. **Q: Will this fit a glock 19 gen 4 with a crimson trace laserguard pro ll-807?** A: This is designed to grab the housing of the tlr 1/2 flashlight for retention.
