The metal frame is welded together crooked and therefore the light hangs crooked.  It's 1'' higher on one side, and is extremely obvious.  The bottom of the Metal shades are uneven, so when you look at the light from all directions the shades appear tilted.  There's nothing you can do because the ceramic fixture where you install the bulb, is also installed crooked and can't be moved as you risk breaking the ceramic. I just can't believe that I paid over $600.00 for something of this poor quality.  I also paid an electrician to assemble and install the light.  That money's not coming back, even if I opt to return the light!

My husband installed it. It looks beautiful. We love that it is hinged, as we have a vaulted ceiling. It hangs over our kitchen island. We are very pleased with our purchase. Quality product.
