On the plus side, it is sturdy and well made, adjusts up and down, has reliable wheels, and has a rocking function if that's important to you. The negative is that it has no adjustment for moving the back rest forward/back, and at 5'9" I'm too tall to sit it in it comfortably with my thighs supported. If you need and want constant and fairly extreme lumbar support, then this may work for you. For myself, this chair would be great IF I could adjust the back to allow my butt to plant comfortably on the seat. Today when I sit on the chair it feels like I'm sitting on the floor. As of yesterday the chair when raised and then sat upon sinks down on its own. Im not a heavy guy either. I am 5'9 and weigh 170. The only thing that made me give the chair a 2 was the comfort on the chairs back design and the leather armrest.
