Best to use on a floor if you have that shot, otherwise not too useful. You will need two tripods to support for other shots, and the holes in the slide bar don't take any tripod or standard mic-stand screw heads that I have. You'll need to find something that will fit those holes otherwise you'll get a slider effect that drops the images to one side -- one tripod is inadequate.
