!!UPDATE!!! i was completely drenched in sweat today, it literally poured off of my body onto the floor I highly recommend this. SIZE UP THOUGH! i got what Amazon rec before and it was to small/.not getting enough results I sized up and it covers my entire stomach!! It definitely works! You will sweat like crazy I did get the sweat stick as well the vanilla scent and it definitely helps you sweat a little more than just the band plus smells delicious. My only complaint is don't listen to the size recommendation.. it recommend I get a medium and that was very snug on me I'm 190 5'3 with a apron post partum tummy and it only covers half my stomach and it was very snug. I got returned that size and got the large and the large covers EVERYTHING and is not uncomfortable or to snug it's just right! Size up a bit is my recommendation IF you want full coverage from waist to under bra line.. I haven't used long enough to get results but I do sweat so it is true to its purpose!

BUY THIS PRODUCT NOW!!!!!!!! - holy smokes!!! I purchased this to help with the extra water weight and to help lose some inches around my waist. I am 160lbs & I’m 5’7” - I wear a size 12/14 depending on brand. I purchased a medium and it has a nice fit. The compression is comfortable, doesn’t pinch, and honestly I can’t even tell I’m wearing it until I take it off. It is stretchy, thick but not ridiculously thick, and has nice velcro latching. It is extremely durable and reminds me of the knee wraps you would get from Walgreens… really nice. The sweat maker side is very nice, it’s like a black rubbery soft material. It will generate heat no matter if it’s on the skin or over a tank. - I didn’t purchase the sweet sweat gel; to be perfectly honest, I don’t think I need it. I wore it tonight straight skin and I was DRIPPING from a 1.5 mile walk. - I had previously worn it over a tank and I was still pretty sweaty! — overall, I’m super happy with my purchase! 10/10 for me! :)

Really love this product & it was in a good price too! The quality is really nice & also it seems that it will last longer! I tried on & it feels comfortable too, not hard to put on & to wrap around yourself I’m size S/XS & it was good! Even some extra fabric in case I gain weight 😂 Once I go to the gym I’ll lyk how good is to sweat, the waist shape goes from your hip to your chest underneath 🤷🏻‍♀️ & pretty easy to use! Ohhh the only thing I didn’t like the packaging, was ripped off on one of the sides

Seemingly good quality, but pricey belt. Does absorb sweat well and fits comfortably. coverage of waist area is good and not too bulky. So far, the velcro has held well, however after just a few washes it tends to fray just like cheaper belts do.

I have very sensitive skin and have been able to wear this for several workouts so far without any irritation or rash , I use it with the sweats stick as recommended on clean skin before doing 30 minutes on my treadmill. I would say about halfway through you can tell you are sweating, but it’s not uncomfortable to wear when you take it off you notice a lot of sweat. Don’t know if it reduces waistline yet, but but this, because in Arabian horses, we often use neck sweats and see results in a similar fashion with consistent use (but within the limits of anatomy, it can’t work miracles). Thankfully, this was very easy to clean each use which I think is very important to reduce risk of skin yeast and bacteria problems. The instructions say that they have a cleaner available or you can use mild soap and water. I take my fragrance free, mild hand soap suds up, wipe the inner contact surface and then rinse it under running water, hang dry. It is always dry and fresh by my next workout. I would buy this again. In fact, I think I will also buy the longer torso version.

Dadurch das man gurt aufmachen kann ist er allein daher schon mega fein, da ich noch einen von einer anderen Marke habe der aber geschlossen ist und man nach dem Training fast nicht mehr runterbekommt weil er so anklebt... Habe den Sweet Sweat in Verbindung mit der Creme und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Creme kann ich auch nur empfehlen - riecht auch total gut!) Besonders beim Krafttraining ist er sehr fein da er auch stützt. Ich trainiere nur noch mit dem Gurt - und schwitzen tut man wirklich abnormal viel drunter - aber es wird nicht zu warm mit dem Gurt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen .

Einer der besten ”waist trainer“ die ich habe Ich verbrenne viel mehr Kalorien damit und du schwitzt wirklich alles darein Wenn du viel schwitzt, dann wird dieses Gummi was in dem Gurt drin ist, zwar etwas unbequem und klebend, aber dieses Gefühl vergeht sehr viel Bei starker Belastung merkt man dass eh nicht Ich habe den schon mehrmals gewaschen und der dehnt nicht aus, das Gummi ist weiterhin Wasser absorbierend. Eine 10/10 was das Produkt angeht

J'ai reçu ma ceinture de sudation avec un échantillons de la crème de la même marque ! Et comment vous dire ? C'est un produit juste génial, garde le dos bien droit pendant les séances de sport, affine la taille si vous y aller régulièrement j'ai déjà vue les résultat au bout d'une semaine en plus d'une alimentation équilibré de plus avec la crème ont transpire vraiment beaucoup. Je recommande la ceinture ainsi que la crème qui vas avec !
