I buy a woven medical tube, cut it to five foot sections, put two balls in and use it to mash down muscle knots or trigger points causing referred pain. Used about ten minutes at a time it mashes down knots. You remove them from the place that was hurting the most and blood flow and nerves in knotted muscles are both released. Just do not fall asleep on them. The long tubing makes it easy to pull the balls into place behind your back. I had balls in tubes at my bed, my chair, in the cars and in my shop. If you cannot buy tubing, which they sell on desertcart, you can use panty hose legs. The empty tube is excellent for storing pens/pencils/shorter brushes.
