There aren't any snippers/clippers with this set like other sets?

No clippers or scissors included .. I bought a pair of folding scissors to put in it.

Is this advanced the crochet professional?

I'm not sure what you mean. This iitem includes three sets of crochet hooks with some additional accessories. Some of the accessories are items used for knitting. I don't know why they are included in this set. I think it is a comprehensive set with most hook sizes included. You can read what's included in the description but the basics are there - needles, stitch markers, measuring tape etc... Anyone who works in the crochet industry will have most of these items already but it is convenient to have it all in one place. I bought a set to give to someone just starting out as a new crocheter.
