Very effective over time
Some supplements are very difficult to evaluate in a few days. This is one. It takes a month or two for this supplement to change your health in a way you can relate to other people. It helps reduce calcium deposits in your veins and arteries and joints, as well as reduce osteoperosis. I can say it has changed my health for the better over the last three months. My blood pressure has dropped, and calcium deposits in my shoulders have been eliminated and this is the only change I've made in my diet. Highly recommended.

Great for raising your Vitamin D levels
While having my low Vitamin D levels monitored for months, I was taking a prescription for mammoth doses of D2 with no real improvement. After some research I wanted to try D3 and read that K2 works as a sort of catalyst to help better metabolize the D3. Combined with a multivitamin, I feel much better. I haven't been able to get my levels tested due to this pandemic, but look forward to hopefully seeing a difference.

Effective!
This D3 + K2 vitamin supplement absolutely works. Take it with food for optimally absorbency and you will see improved bone and tooth health. Also, Improved cardiovascular function. The sourcing is very high quality. I've been taking a dose (once a day) for 2 weeks and feel better. My joints are actually moving smoother. I was skeptical but now am a believer. Absolute 5 stars. The price is reasonable too.

Exactly what I was expecting
D3 is a must imo. Most people are deficient in D3. This was a great price. I'll definitely be ordering more.
