I plan to use this instead of cod liver oil , which makes sense as I am vegetarian. I tastes fine - nutty as described and the omega oil balance is similar to that of CLO- also has been reported that it has the added benefit of reducing your blood prressure

It's a very good supplement and I feel better when I use it. As I've bought Biona in the past I'm used to the quality but first thing I do is check the best before date as the local health food shop has caught me out twice now with bb of a fortnight! This one is 2025 so all well.
