I saw a post saying that it doesn't go loud. You have to go into the ps4 audio settings and adjust it there. I've actually used it more on teamspeak and the mic is actually pretty decent for the price. It basically has mute on/off switch and a volume toggle, can be worn either way as the mic rotates and the cord is 4 feet long.
