Good quality from a brand I trust
I trust this brand for quality ingredients, being vegan is a bonus. The product came well protected and sealed. Always a concern when purchasing products like this via online, but never been a problem. I can't comment on effectiveness as it hasn't been long enough, but I have experienced no side effects, the tablets are tiny, therefore easy to swallow, I would also consider it value for money compared to another brand purchased. Hope this helps you if you are on the fence.

Easy capsules
Bought these to help move calcium from my blood stream to my bones. Not sure if that's happening as no blood tests possible to check it. Otherwise these capsules are easy to swallow compared to tablets.
