Amazon said this would fit, but it was not listed on the product website for my year truck. I got the product and was going to make it work because I wanted the extra cooling capacity in FL. all the connections fit fine. The difference was that this was about an inch thicker radiator then the OEM. That caused it to hit the ac condensing coil and the top mounting brackets were an inch off the frame. So I went to the store and got longer bolts, added a 1" spacer to bolt it up, this moved it just off the condensing coil. The bottom of the radiator fit better, more room down there, but still was wider then OEM causing the cooling fan mounts to not fit as usual. I took the rubber grommets on the bottom of the fan mounting and flipped them around- they are V-shaped and not the same thickness on both sides. I am glad I did this, I am VERY VERY happy with how the truck cools under the hood now. They extra capacity was worth the retro fit-at least to me. My truck had about 5" of free space between the waterpump and the cooling fans so I knew I could make it work. I don't know about the Yukon another thing you will have to do on the transmission cooling lines is add some Teflon tape to the threaded connections. They come screwed in hand tight and you will want to tighten them and do it in a way to make sure they can't leak. If you don't want a headache follow the manufacturer fitment- NOT Amazon. Installed it in a 2001 Silverado 1500, Mfg. left pre fab holes for oversize 40 inchradiator.Amazing, cooling, even on hot days in Florida I never run over 185, 190 degrees engine temp.Normal days it runs less than 180 degrees. Which is because I put a 182-degree thermostat in the engine.If you have cooling problems, you won't go wrong buying one of these.Very well made, no problems, with installation, only problem was getting trans cooler lines unplugged.Buy it. You won't regret it. ### ⭐ Took a LOT of fabrication to get this to work *by E***E on January 17, 2025* The upper and lower ridges/bars (where you need to drill holes in order to mount this to the vehicle) are extremely small. I ended up having to drill 4mm size holes and using 4mm bolts to mount this to a 1 ton diesel truck. I do not have high hopes that it will last long, but I needed the truck on the road ASAP and because of how long it took to ship, I was out of time, and just needed to get this to work. Wish I would have just gone with a different brand from the beginning. Will not purchase again, and cannot recommend. Just too much frustration involved. Not "plug-n-play" ready. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2003 Chevy suburban z71 *by S***N on June 29, 2022* Installed this in my suburban z71 and my temps dropped down to just a hair under 1/4 of the temp gauge. From being at the halfway mark. It keeps the truck running much cooler and it’s good. When it’s hot outside the temp does go back to normal just under the 210 degrees. I live in San Diego Cali and now that it’s summer it’s about 95+ degrees. And it runs normal temp. But driving at night or way early morning it stays at 1/4 .
