What a Home cake baker needs.
I it. It can hold up to 100 pounds of cake flour which is Awesome. Had this for 4 years now and just as happy and when I first received it. Plus, my cake flour stays nice and fresh.

Lid can slide off. But good product.
I use this product for flour, I very much enjoy its size, im debating buying another one. My only concern is the lid. On a few occasions I have shut the lid and come back later and seen it on the floor. It tends to slide off if it isn't on perfectly because of the way its designed. As far as the other functions, it was easy to unbox and assemble, and it rolls well. Came to me undamaged and appeared clean right off the bat. Overall pretty happy to have a mostly reliable large flour storage container.

Works for my needs
Well built and sturdy, I'm actually using it to store ice-melt salt that I keep in my garage for the driveway. Seems to hold the weight of 500 cups of salt just fine, rolls without issue and the scoop is pretty big and again great for what I am using it for.

I like the large size, the ability to see in the bin without opening. Not sure about the durability of the lid. Time will tell on the plastic holding up daily opening. Expensive product in general.
