How to change the blade

Hi Penny, I recognised the problem as no instructions were given with the knife. Holding the knife in your right hand, slide the blade to open position, press the RED button near the blade and holding the sides of the blade it will come out. Hoping you discovered the spare blades by squeezing the RED buttons (each side) at the bottom of the knife the BLACK cover will swing up revealing the blades. Hope this is helpful to you. Can this be used and is it any good for laying vinyl flooring ?

Yes. I used it to lay vinyl flooring. It is very sharp and slices cleanly through the vinyl. I've also used it to lay carpet tiles and carpet.

Just purchased one of these and after a few uses the blade keeps popping back out ? Is it faulty ?

Ok, here goes. Push the blade down as usual. On the side by the blade, is a thought RED dot. Push it in. The blade comes off. Now keep the slider down as if your using the blade. PUSH in the red dot. Wiggle in New blade. Slide up, as withdrawing the blade. It should work properly now. Let me know.
