packed up all my items and went to stow away and as soon as i picked it up i noticed it was coming apart.Follow up: company reached out and offered $5 refund to have someone fix this. Seriously?! No stars. Do not buy this product. I wasted money on 2 of them.

I ordered four of these: two arrived together, then another one arrived days later, and I'm still waiting on the fourth. Not really an issue, but sort of odd seeing as how they're all from the same company. I knocked off two stars. One star for it not being as sturdy/durable as I thought it would be i.e. the material seems pretty cheap and like it can tear fairly easily if you're not careful with it. The second star removal is for the third item not being the advertised product. As you can see in the photos, this particular one did not come with the velcro side walls, nor did it come with the velcro dividers. I specifically ordered this product for this feature. I haven't initiated the return process yet. I might return a star if all goes well, and I'll update this review if that is the case.
