Effective traction
As someone who suffers from tech neck after years of looking down at laptops at work, along with mobile devices, etc, I have tried quite a few devices which promise traction. - The weird suspended things which just completely compress feel like they don't do much. - Inflatable neck braces which intend to elevate and align your neck feel like they do little more than choke you. The foam one here can be very aggressive. I've also noticed the highest setting doesn't necessarily provide the greatest traction. The second setting I can feel a relieving pop with when sitting down. Used for 15 minutes a day has dramatically helped with my neck pain. This is one of the items I'll take with me when traveling.

So far so brilliant!
I've got a bunch of stuff going on and this is one of the few things I noticed a difference with (and right away!) I've been having near-daily debilitating migraines for about 4 months now. Nurtec helps, but insurance only allows 8 doses per month. Multiple potential migraine flare triggers happened around the same time for me that may have caused or contributed: first snowfall / barometric pressure change in fall around 4 months ago, tooth surgery, / tooth extraction (likely unrelated but idk), ER visit for LLQ pain (also likely unrelated but idk), and maybe some other stuff I can't think of right now. I'm trying a few things to help right now-- my first migraine preventative (tbd), cervical block made with dense foam (this!), some disposable 3-day night guards (but wear in the day too), and probably other stuff I can't think of right now. Symptoms: neck tension (I describe it as my neck being made of concrete) and my traps muscles can be really tight - especially on the left lately), headache/pain, neck issues, etc. Triggers: mostly visual like flickering, scrolling, flashing, bright lights, etc. Also probably weather, given the timing of this current flare starting with first snowfall last fall. It's rare something helps significantly, right away, or both. I don't notice things like this often but try so many things. I think this cervical block helped with my neck/shoulder tension significantly after first use yesterday– that tight neck/shoulder muscle on the left was relieved after a couple minutes of using this thing. I didn't feel tension start to come back until the evening, when I used it again for a couple minutes. Then today, I actually noticed a headache this morning go away after using the cervical block for a few minutes, which is a massive relief. I'm going to keep using it--about 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes in the evening to start (possibly with additional time in slightly different positions) and work my way up from there as needed. Today, I feel a little tension by midday, for example, so i'll work on increasing time progressively until I get to whatever the recommended is (5-15min?) Some other things that have helped some: Migrastil, chiropractic adjustments, tiger balm, daily B2 and Magnesium (helps with dizziness levels.) Of course, it's not the most comfortable thing, but not bad and it gets better with use. Also definitely worth it for the relief after! (If the pain is unbearable, of course, you should roll off carefully and contact your doctor or whatever is advised.) I've been seeing a chiropractor weekly for years (whiplash in car accident about 8 years ago) and want to not have to go as often (so expensive! plus there's always some risk). I'm hoping this will restore neck curvature (my neck is straight, if not curved the wrong direction. Probably from the accident + working in IT at a desk all day, then on laptop or phone other times, etc.) I've got my laptop up on a stand to help with posture and am trying to get everything better for posture. Chiropractic has helped with pain and mobility for me (i used to not be able to move my neck at all after that accident), but not much for restoring curve. I'll update the review with any changes!

It seems to work!
So far so good! I've used this about 2 weeks. I noticed that when I look at my cellphone, it's bothering me a bit & I need to readjust. Tghis is a good thing! That means the foam is working! I'm excited to see my x-ray of how my neck curves in time vs my neck staying straight! 1 week after using.. My neck seems very stiff & pps alot more. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

Effective!
Updated after 3 weeks - l'm in favor of making independent decisions, but for this item you need a doctor advise I've had neck dysfunction for 15 year from computer work. The past couple months I got shoulder pain so bad that it was hard to sleep and my doctor said that was from nerves impacted by my neck. He prescribed this item. It's not an easy go. I started with 1 minute, then a minute and 30 secs. After 8 days I was up to 3 minutes a session. Now after 3 weeks of daily use it's pretty comfortable, and I have dozed off using it! I'm still covering it with a thin yoga mat to make it softer. It has made such a difference. I can feel throughout the day that my posture is aligning and straightening. Wish I had found this years earlier!

just not for my body
I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately it didn’t fit me right, the height felt too high for my neck, so it wasn’t very comfortable to use. It did give a bit of a stretch, but instead of relaxing, I felt like I was straining to get into the right position. The material is sturdy and it seems like it could work for others, just not for my body.

Great neck decompression
I bought this for my spouse who has bad neck pain. They used to use a different one but it was uncomfortable for them. This one hits all the spots and gives great relief and stretch without causing pain. The extra pads help to reach the neck without straining.

This is a great product
This feels so good it stretches out my neck. It is a little hard. I like the fact that I could adjust the height. This is a great product. I have two herniated disc in my neck and after a long day at work, I use it to stretch out my neck. It’s a great product

Okay…
The function of it is ok and as described but after some use (ie a few weeks) the ridge making contact with your neck starts to fall in slightly due to the foam material. For the price I would say this is quite poor.

CARO NO, LO SIGUIENTE
Extremadamente caro para lo que es, una pieza de foam... y encima vino en mal estado, con agujeros, lo devuelvo ahora mismo

I don’t look like a witch anymore
Due to crap posture I look a bit like a haggard witch, but I think with this I’m on my way to fixing the humpy neck - there was a noticeable difference after using it for just 5min!
