How do you wire this to get a motor to go forward and reverse?

I used it for a manual/auto switch. Would work the same for forward/reverse. First determine which wire is reverse and which one is forward.

Is there a wiring diagram for this switch? If not can anyone explain the pins? Thanks

in my application, 2 sources of power are connected to the each pair of outside (L/R) pins while the center set goes to the load; so, when I switch the toggle left-down, the load receives power from one source and right-down, the other -- in toggle neutral-position, power if off

I want to use this to switch from battery to backup battery will it work?

Yes ( think): the center connector to your load; each set of side connectors, one set to each battery; thus when you toggle left you use one battery/circuit, and right...the other w/ center position being "off".

Will this switch handle 48v 25 amp for switching ebike batteries.
