What am I not understanding? Absurdly difficult to squeeze and remove a link and reattach. Can't get it to go back together at all now

Same here! I’m returning mine. I couldn’t get it to move even with pliers! Had it around my dog at the time. I’m going to get the one with the removal links bug quick release

Hello! I need two extra links?

Are you trying to put the collar directly over the dogs head or do you take the collar apart and put it on? The collar is suppose to be snug against the dogs neck and should not be able to go over the dogs head. It needs to be taken apart, put around dogs neck then put the collar back together. I had to take a couple links off for a good fit whem my Rotty was a pup. The collar works great. I love it.
