They are rough cut so not equal in size.... On average they are probably around 1cm each side of the cube. Remember that they are not perfect shaped cubes!

Would these be suitable for the topping of a 'country slice' cake? Need them to be firm (rather than crumbling easily) and have some crunch/bite.
