This company Krish Kraft Seller offers no customer service. Reached out for assistance on a broken latch. I was willing to purchase a replacement but this not even offers as a solution. I reached out to Glibal Industries and had excellent experiences. If you are interested in this product contact Global Industries.I would give them a zero star if possible. It is latched and will not open without manually pushing the latch pin back. Replacement latch needed. Dec 20, 2023 5:37 AM Sorry sir but as we dont give any warrenty or life time service on products so cant give you any replacement You can hire someone for its repair

Absolute junk
Latch rusted through and failed after 1 year of service. Contacted global and they said they offer no replacement parts and expect you to buy an entirely new roof latch. Run from this company!
