Serenity prayer bracelet

I gave this to my little sister for Christmas. She's a recovering addict and the serenity prayer means a lot to her. I'm not sure how long it will last since its elastic but at the moment it means a lot to her.

Copper after two months

My bracelet is turning to copper. I've owned this bracelet about two months and worn it only about 20 times when I've gone out. I am extremely disappointed that the silvertone plating has worn off. It's a beautiful bracelet and I really loved it until now. It looks terrible and I guess I'm gonna throw it in the trash.
