It works great. I have fine/thin hair so curls are not my best friend. This curling wand makes curls stay all day. Mind you, when you first curl your hair the curls will be tighter and higher than by the end of the day. Gravity and daily activity will affect them just like with any other curling iron. It seems faster and easier to use than a regular curling iron.My only complaint is that I tend to burn myself about every other time I use it. Use the glove that comes with it if you can.
