Does this fondation work well with really dry skin?

Dry skin? have you exfoliated and moisturized? that will make foundation go on smoother. This is my summer shade and my skin is combo- more on the oily side. it dries matte.

I have a bottle of foundation i got a while ago and i don’t remember what color it is . how can i tell that color i have ?i don’t see it labeled

This color is hazelnut, I love it, because it blends in with my caramel color skin tone. It looks natural, not like other make up. CVS carrys it also.
