I ended up buying this heater twice - one for my office (where the AC and heater have constant mood swings) and one for my bathroom. It’s about the size of my hand and blends easily into the background. This is genuinely the quietest small heater I’ve tried. My coworkers in the cubicle next to me doesn’t even know I have it on. It’s discreet enough to use at work, especially if your workplace isn’t a fan of personal heaters due to fire‑risk concerns. Just remember to turn it off and unplug it before leaving. It works well in small spaces by taking the chill out of the air. You’ll feel the warmth best when you’re sitting close to it. It also has a safety feature that automatically shuts it off if it’s tilted, and the ceramic surface doesn’t get dangerously hot—so you won’t burn your hand if you need to move it after use. Still, always handle any heater with care during and right after operation.

Warmest and coziest $15 I've ever spent! This thing is incredible, it works perfectly, It's like a hair dryer but 10 times quieter as far as sound goes, It's super portable from room to room (Even though it's great it is still just a tiny heater, and sadly you do in fact have to carry it around with you if you want to stay warm in multiple places). It doesn't have a timer, but I don't think it really needs one. This puppy is consistently pumping the perfect amount of heat regardless of the room size and previous temperature. It's really weird but it's basically perfect at bringing any medium to small size room to room temperature as long as you let the heat stay in just that room by sealing cracks and closing doors of course. Well done Amazon, you knocked my socks clean off with the price to performance you get from this beauty of a mini heater!

I bought this to keep my seedlings warm until the weather changes. Tbis definitely is a small unit. It has no features except an on/off switch. It is quiet and provides instant heat. I do like that it is small and store easily after the seedlings are ready. It is not the strongest heat source, but works well in a small environment.

Cold office? Cold classroom? Cold feet? This is a small but mighty little heater! The air at my school worked exceptionally well! So much so I would wear winter clothes in August and September and summer clothes in the winter. Inevitably, I would almost always be cold for months at a time… until I was gifted this little heater! It would create a little bubble of warmth! During class, you couldn’t hear it, but if I was the only one in the room, I could hear it. Which was a good thing as it would remind me to turn it off. It has a safety on/off in case it gets tipped over, but no remote control, it does not oscillate and has only one heat setting but it is perfect for my needs! I am retired now. However, I still love this for under my craft table. I did kick it over one day and broke it. (That was a sad moment in time.) However, I was happy to see that it was still available! Best repurchase of the month!

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this small heater. It clearly states in the title that it is a desk heater. It is designed for personal use at your desk or at your chair. It is NOT designed to heat an entire room. You can place it on top of your desk, or under your desk for added heat. I like it because it's small/compact, lightweight, and can easily be moved from my reading chair to my computer desk. I use it on a side table or on my desk to give me some added heat during cold spells. It works just fine for that. Yes, you can hear the fan running, but unless you are going to be in a zoom call or talking on a phone, the noise does not interfere with anything. It does have a plastic case, so I would be careful not to bang it around. My only complaint would be that the on-off button is in the back. I would have preferred it be on top for easy accessiblity.

I love this little heater! I use it at the office where sometimes my hands start to feel like I’m working at the Arctic Tundra. This thing puts out some decent heat for being so small and it doesn’t take up much space at all. It has an auto shut off on the bottom in case it tips over, which I’m sure our building owner appreciates. I’ve used it for about 3 months off and on and super happy with it so far!

These are nice and quiet yet very effective at heating small spaces such as each of my two bathrooms. The instructions are ominous about putting these just about anywhere, 😂 , but each are either on a shelf or a floor cabinet where they’re not capable of falling off or over or into anything where there’s water. I like that I can leave the one in my bedroom’s bathroom switched on overnight so the tiny room will be less chilly in the morning but it’s sound won’t bother me as I sleep with the door open for my cat to use the facilities during the night.
