Great pen (added grip) and better customer support!
Pen works as designed. Feels sturdy. Any issues I've had, support has been extremely helpful and accommodating in helping me get to a solution! Recommend getting a pen grip added though. Makes writing much easier. 11/10 - would recommend for support alone.

Beautiful pen
We receive our personalized Cross pen very quickly. It is a bit expensive but is of great quality and made a lovely girt.

Its hard to read and see the script
I thought I would be able to see the engraving better.But I still gifted it to my doctor.

a fun graduation present
the pen/pencil combo can be engraved for free. it was a gift for my granddaughter who is entering high school. it has black and red ink plus a pencil lead. now my grandson is looking forward to getting one too!

This was a gift for a man who is accustomed to using the best. The pen was beautiful, elegant, and of high quality. The engraving was perfect. It arrived very quickly. All in all, I was very happy with my purchase, as was the gentleman who received it.

A nice multi-pen
This is my fourth “Tech-3” Cross pen.

Bad pen doesn't work well.
Only lets me have the pencil come down when I try and put down a pen color it won't come out the pencil thing is getting in the way.
