can i use this at 200 to 400 digree centigrade in microwave?

Do NOT use it in PREHEATED OVEN. Avoid sudden contact with cold / hot (Cold50 degree celcius) surfaces directly to avoid cracking. Otherwise 400 is ok, go ahead & let me know the result ! (no obligation for me though!)

do you have this in flat bottom? not curved.

No, Clay pots to avoid heat crack , it should be made curved bottom.

Are they seasoned? Can we buy them and start using it immediately?? Or it needs to be seasoned... Will the mud smell linger in the food

They are seasoned. You can soak the pot and start using. These are deep burned pots, mud smell wont be there while cooking. But for initial few uses that fresh aroma of the baked clay will be there. Usually people like that smell. Rest is up to you.
