I've been swishing almost every day for two months now and my teeth feel stronger and some tartar fell out of my bottom teeth. I also do coconut oil pulling so I'm not sure if that made my tartar come off, but I am testing it on my partner now.

Mixed 2 teaspoons of this TSP with 6 tablespoons of baking soda in a liter of distilled water to use as a mouth rinse after brushing my teeth. Helps prevent tooth decay and builds enamel. After a few months of daily rinsing with this solution, my teeth seem much stronger with no sensitivity or new decay. I will continue using this product indefinitely! Highly recommend
