Time to stay in shape
This is our second order of this product. After about five years, one of the bands broke. We felt like we got our moneys worth. Itโs a good product. The smallest band in the large band are the ones that we use the least the three in the middle other the ones that we use all the time. I would highly recommend this product

Works well
Currently using on a pull up bar. Works well, but I wish there was a way to get a 2 pack of each one, so I can use one for each leg like in the pictures.

5 Month Update
I bought these around 5 months ago and they are still holding up just as new. I'm not that heavy so keep that in mind I'm about 150 pounds (lost 20 pounds tyvm). I've been using these ever since I saw on a video about how to do pullups. These definitely helped me achieve pushups and gradually builds up your strength to do more and more. You can even use these bands on a pull up bar attached to a door frame. I'd be willing to bet you could even do it on a really sturdy tree.. be safe though friends. Anyways these served their purpose and you can even do a bunch of resistance band exercises. I've never felt like they were gonna snap or anything like that. The quality seems good so far but only time will tell in the future years. Stay strong guys and keep working towards your goals!

You can take them anywhere.
The bands are very durable, I use them everyday. Affordable and they last a long time. They wonโt disappoint you.

Great set of bands
Rubber smell, ever so slight. Other than that, very versatile bands with different thicknesses according to their strength. Stretchability also has to do with the strength of the bands. I love these for warming up, boosting my workout difficulty, or just helping assist with one movement pattern or another. Extremely portable as well. People at the gym often ask to borrow my set because they see how effective it is. I'd definitely recommend investing in these, they could end up lasting you a while and even giving you a good home workout if the gym isn't an option.

Very good product, but not great for progressing to pullups
Bands in general are not that great for pullups in my experience because they help you out A LOT at the bottom but nothing at all at the top, so that about halfway through it becomes a regular body weight pullup. If you like these there's nothing wrong with it, but as pullup progression negatives (meaning jumping or climbing to the top position of the pullup and trying to come down as slowly as possible) work way better, imo (and assisted pullups machines are even better).
