My friend recommended this IdealKnee to me. The build quality is very good and it is very easy to use. It has several adjustments to fit the length of your leg. Some other reviews have mentioned that their leg didn't fit between the bars, but I have pretty thick legs and mine are ok. I wouldn't let this concern you though. You could always use a towel to prop it up as needed. It arrived in a pretty big box and included directions for assembly and also a stretching plan to get you started toward you goal. The design is like a lot of other knee extension devices I looked at and I thought the price was OK. Is it worth $140? It was a lot cheaper than some I looked at and can tell you the build quality is fantastic.
