I would keep this gel properly covered when not in use so it won't have a chance to dry out. It worked okay for me, but everyones' scars and skin is different. Review: This is not a 2 pack. Was sent one 2 oz bottle. - This is not a pack of two. They sent me 1 box and I returned it and selected replace item and they sent me 1 box again the second time. The gel works great but find a cheaper option.
