Peruvian Inca Aji

Not pure ají. I was hoping to get pure piquant ají to use in my cooking. Not quite what I wanted, but usable.

I gave it a 4 star cuz this is my first time ever trying the Peruvian spice so, i'm not sure if it's the best. But the product looks just like the picture and came well packed.

Great seasoning for a chicken dish I made. Great used in the accompanying sauce that went with the chicken. Delicious. Used with the Huacatay seasoning to make Peruvian Chicken. It was awesome

The packaging on this product is unsafe. I'm sure the spices taste great but i'll never know. When I received this item it had no protective seal, no foil not even a water tight plastic lid under the metal round lid. Anyone could have tampered with this product at any time and I do not feel safe consuming it unsealed and unprotected. Who knows what creepy crawlies could of gotten into it as well. I've since returned it. If it wasn't a food item, that you had to eat, I would be fine but with how crazy things are these days I'm not leaving anything to chance.

Very good.... have to be careful how much you use though, too much is TOO MUCH...

An interesting take on inca aji seasoning. Not bad.

If you've eaten Peruvian food, you've tasted aji pepper spice- it is the cornerstone spice of Peruvian cooking it.it is more flavorful than spicy.I use it when doing a ground beef fry up, and when making traditional Peruvian empanadas.This spice can be difficult to find, and the quality is very fine. A good purchase at a decent price.

Not a true Aji. Disappointed with the mix and lack of flavor.
