Reduce your time reclaiming screens
it took a little bit of a behavioral change.. I has used screens and accumulated screens to be reclaimed and spent a day so once a week or every other week. Now I just spend 5 mins in between other efforts to reclaim. I pull the border tape and scrape excess ink.. drop in to tank. Come back 6-8 mins.. spray clean.. replaces ink removal, emulsion removal, and degreasing steps.. all in one.

I wish I would of gotten a dip tank years ago. This is a very nice piece of equipment.
